How to Ship Your Watch
Once your shipment has been approved by our team, follow these steps to safely prepare your watch for transit.

Clean & Prepare
Gently wipe your watch with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and dust. If you have the original box, warranty card, manuals, or service records, include them with your shipment.

Protect the Watch
Wrap the watch securely in a soft microfiber cloth or protective pouch. Then wrap it with several layers of bubble wrap, making sure it is well cushioned on all sides.

Pack Securely
Place the wrapped watch inside a sturdy shipping box with packing material to prevent movement during transit. The watch should fit snugly inside the box without shifting.

Seal & Label
Seal the box securely with strong packing tape. If we've provided a prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, making sure any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier listed on your shipping label. If your shipment includes insurance or requires a signature, be sure to obtain a receipt and keep your tracking information until delivery is confirmed.
